Hello! I’m Lisa Taylor, REALTOR® with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and founder of Rainier Estates. I specialize in guiding clients across the Puget Sound region through complex estate and real estate transitions — from property preparation and estate sales to the successful sale of the home itself. My goal is to make the process effortless, transparent, and rewarding.

With certifications as a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Certified Auctioneers Institute Graduate Auctioneer (CAI), and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS), I bring a rare combination of expertise in both real estate and personal property valuation. This unique background gives my clients an edge — whether pricing a home for market, evaluating estate assets, or managing high-value auctions.

Before entering real estate, I served as a Marketing Director at Microsoft in Redmond and later in Silicon Valley, leading business development and marketing teams. Since founding Rainier Estates in 1986, I’ve combined strategic marketing insight with decades of estate expertise to deliver results that exceed expectations — every time.
