Lisa Taylor -Founder & Owner, Rainier Estates | Real Estate Broker, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty
Born and raised in the Seattle–Bellevue area, Lisa founded Rainier Estates in 1986 and has spent four decades helping families navigate estate transitions, downsizing, and real estate sales.
A top-producing broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and an experienced licensed auctioneer, Lisa brings a rare combination of expertise in personal property and real estate. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and straightforward communication have earned the trust of generations of clients.
Lisa also volunteers her auctioneering talents to support local nonprofits. Outside of work, she’s an avid tennis player, lifelong music lover, proud mom, and “Yaya.”
Grant Taylor | Estate & Property Preparation Specialist
A lifelong Bellevue resident and founder of Quality Painters, Grant brings more than three decades of hands-on experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to Rainier Estates.
Lisa’s brother and longtime collaborator, Grant assists with estate projects, property improvements, and preparing homes for market. His appreciation for history and love of research also make him a valuable resource when evaluating unusual estate treasures.
Known for his good humor and approachable nature, Grant enjoys skiing the Cascades, hiking local trails, and pursuing his latest research interests.
Bill Baty & Elaine Winter – Client Care & Estate Operations | Rainier Estates
Pacific Northwest natives Bill and Elaine have a remarkable history together—first meeting in third grade and reconnecting years later to marry.
Elaine brings her love of history, research, and organization to Rainier Estates, along with a warm, welcoming presence at estate sales. Bill assists with event logistics, welcomes shoppers, and helps keep estate sales running smoothly.
Together, they bring a personal touch to the Rainier Estates team. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their puppy, playing golf, and staying active in their community.
