Since 1986, founder Lisa Taylor — a top-producing broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty — has helped families, heirs, and trustees navigate every aspect of real estate and estate transitions with care and integrity.

What began as estate sales and professional consignments has grown into a complete Real Estate Concierge Service, offering start-to-finish support for clients throughout Bellevue, Seattle, Mercer Island, and King County. From appraisals, valuations, auctions, and consignments to donation management, home preparation, and property sales, our experienced team handles every detail. Born and raised in the Seattle–Bellevue area, Lisa Taylor brings more than three decades of trusted experience to every client she serves. A top-producing real estate broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Lisa combines deep local market knowledge with specialized expertise in estates, trusteeships, and downsizing.

Since founding Rainier Estates in 1986, Lisa has guided families through the sale of homes and personal property — from multi-million-dollar waterfront estates to cherished heirlooms and collections. Her concierge-level approach ensures that every detail, from valuation and marketing to vendor coordination and closing, is handled with care, discretion, and professionalism.

Dedicated to preserving family legacies and simplifying life transitions, Lisa and her team manage every aspect of the process so clients can move forward with confidence. When time allows, Lisa lends her auctioneering skills to local non-profits, helping raise funds for causes close to her heart.

Outside of work, Lisa is an avid tennis player, lifelong music lover, and a proud mom and “Yaya.”

Bill Baty & Elaine Winter – Client Care & Estate Operations | Rainier Estates

Pacific Northwest natives Bill Baty and Elaine Winter share a lifelong connection and a shared passion for helping others. Having first met in third grade and later reuniting to marry, their partnership is rooted in decades of friendship, family, and mutual respect.

Elaine serves as the family historian, bringing her love of research and organization to each project. Her attention to detail and warm rapport with buyers make her an essential part of our estate-sale team. Bill ensures that every event runs smoothly, welcoming guests, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a friendly and secure environment.

Together, Bill and Elaine embody the heart of Rainier Estates — combining care, professionalism, and personal connection to make every client experience exceptional. When they’re not assisting families or greeting guests, they enjoy time with their puppy, playing golf, and staying active in their community.

Grant Taylor – Estate Operations & Property Preparation | Rainier Estates

A lifelong Bellevue resident, Grant Taylor brings more than three decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to the Rainier Estates team. Founder of Quality Painters, Grant built his reputation on precision, integrity, and an eye for detail — qualities that now elevate every estate project he touches.

A perfectionist at heart, Grant has been a trusted partner to his sister, Lisa Taylor, for decades, assisting families across the Puget Sound with estate transitions and property preparation. His passion for research and appreciation of history make him a natural at uncovering the stories behind treasured items and ensuring every detail of an estate sale or home presentation is executed flawlessly.

Known for his good humor and approachable nature, Grant brings warmth and energy to every project. When he’s not lending his expertise to clients, you’ll find him skiing the Cascades, hiking local trails, or exploring his latest research discovery.

Bob Taylor – CPA

A cornerstone of Rainier Estates since its founding, Bob Taylor has provided trusted financial oversight and accounting expertise for decades. A graduate of the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Bob has called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 80 years. His background as a Certified Public Accountant and his unwavering commitment to integrity and transparency ensure that every financial detail of our estate and real estate operations is handled with precision and care.

Beyond his work with Rainier Estates, Bob remains deeply involved in his Snohomish community, lending his time and expertise to local fundraising efforts and civic campaigns. A proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Bob balances his professional dedication with an enduring love for family and community service.
